Your First Visit at A.C.E. Wellness

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

New clients often remark how “homely” our clinic is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic, massage, dietetics and naturopathic care in a comfortable surrounding. So, make yourself at home!

Make Yourself at Home

You’ll find plenty of convenient parking and a well-lit parking lot. You’ll be greeted by name when you enter our office and, if you like, we'll give you a short office tour to acquaint you with our facilities.

If you’ve already completed your admitting paperwork, great! If not, after doing so we’ll introduce you to your chiropractor.

We Explain Everything First

During any initial consultation, whether it is our Chiropractor’s Daniel &Krista, our Massage Therapists Anne & Vino, our Dietitian Lisa or our Naturopath Erica, we always discuss your health goals and see which of our services are likely to help you the best. Then we do a thorough examination to help identify the cause of the problem prior to commencing treatments. Our clients are all very appreciative that we explain everything in advance!

Patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance!

By the way, if this approach makes as much sense to you as it does to us, we’d like an opportunity to meet you and discuss your options in person. Ring us today. (02) 9623 0676.

Daniel Asks some important questions of interest to St. Marys residents - Chiropractor St. Marys Daniel Asks...

Why are frequent visits advised when starting chiropractic care?
Consistent visits at the beginning of your chiropractic care help create the momentum necessary to correct and retrain unhealthy spinal patterns. Later, St. Marys patients find that continued care on a less frequent visit schedule can help preserve their progress and avoid a relapse.
Why are chiropractors wary of the germ theory?
Louis Pasteur originated the idea that germs caused disease. Yet, on his deathbed he recanted, declaring, "It's not the seed, but the soil." Meaning, it's not the germ that causes disease, but the condition of the body that allows the germ to thrive. Chiropractic care in our St. Marys office is designed to bolster your resistance so germs don't see you as a good host.
